The Polasek offers unique outdoor event spaces to corporations, non-profits and individual parties. Whether you are hosting an informal cocktail gathering, formal dinner, fundraiser, networking event, anniversary party, religious ceremony, rehearsal dinner, wedding or other celebration, the museum provides the perfect setting to entertain guests, clients, staff and VIPs.
Fees are determined according to the number of guests expected and what level of indoor access is desired. Up to 350 guests can be accommodated per event. Valet parking is required for over 65 guests. An event coordinator is always recommended. Tents are encouraged.
Outdoor event locations include the Front Lawn, Emily Fountain Courtyard, Stations of the Cross Courtyard, East Garden, Bamboo Garden, Lakeview Lawn, Risen Christ and Breezeway. Intimate Indoor ceremonies of up to 18 may be held in our chapel.
