The Polasek offers unique out­door event spaces to cor­po­ra­tions, non-profits and indi­vid­ual par­ties. Whether you are host­ing an infor­mal cock­tail gath­er­ing, for­mal din­ner, fundraiser, net­work­ing event, anniver­sary party, reli­gious cer­e­mony, rehearsal din­ner, wed­ding or other cel­e­bra­tion, the museum pro­vides the per­fect set­ting to enter­tain guests, clients, staff and VIPs.

Fees are deter­mined accord­ing to the num­ber of guests expected and what level of indoor access is desired. Valet park­ing is required for over 65 guests. An event coor­di­na­tor is always rec­om­mended. Tents are encouraged.

Out­door event loca­tions include the Front Lawn, Emily Foun­tain Court­yard, Sta­tions of the Cross Court­yard, Bam­boo Gar­den, Lake­view Lawn, Risen Christ and Breeze­way. Inti­mate Indoor cer­e­monies of up to 15 may be held in our chapel.
