We ask that all pho­tog­ra­phers please honor these poli­cies when using the Albin Polasek Museum & Sculp­ture Gar­dens as a back­drop for any pho­tog­ra­phy or film­ing.
We are open to the pub­lic, please do not block any walk­ways, path­ways or gar­den areas
Do not climb trees or step into foun­tain areas
Do not touch or move plant life. Do not hang props or gear on trees or plants
No pets in the gar­den
The Polasek does not assume any respon­si­bil­ity for loss, theft or dam­age to equip­ment. Take valu­ables with you when you park your car.
The Polasek main­tains the right to adjust these poli­cies, in spe­cific instances, for the best inter­ests of the gar­den and the gen­eral public.

Non-professional & Pro­fes­sional Photography

You are wel­come to take pho­tographs of the gar­den for your own use and enjoy­ment dur­ing your visit. If you are booked for a wed­ding, your rental time includes your photo shoot. How­ever if you require addi­tional time for pho­tog­ra­phy other than your rental hours, you must sched­ule an appoint­ment at the rate of $150 per hour. For all other pro­fes­sional pho­tog­ra­phy sched­uled dur­ing nor­mal museum hours the fee is $50 per hour.

The Albin Polasek Museum & Sculp­ture Gar­dens requires the loca­tion credit “Albin Polasek Museum & Sculp­ture Gar­dens, Win­ter Park, FL” in all uses of gar­den pho­tos in print, on the web, in broad­cast and in any other pub­lic medium.

Using and Sell­ing Pho­tos of the Garden

It is strictly for­bid­den to use or sell images taken at the Polasek for com­mer­cial or pro­mo­tional activ­i­ties, which include but are not lim­ited to pub­lish­ing, mar­ket­ing, edu­ca­tional mate­ri­als, prod­ucts and retail mer­chan­dise, gen­eral and web adver­tis­ing, broad­cast, or any sit­u­a­tion where the pho­tog­ra­pher is paid for the use of the image. Use of any pho­tographs requires the express con­sent of the Exec­u­tive Director.
